Home is where the heart is

so currently I’m stretched out very thin.  I need to remind myself that the way I’ve lived is a privilege but it is so difficult.  Sometimes I wish that I was like my cousins who live minutes away from my Grandmother and lead a very normal life.  Normal may be boring but sometimes it feels as if all the confusion is not going to be worth it.  What’s social awareness and cultural diversity going to do for you if you can’t even function in a real relationship.

Brain off, eyes shut.

I agree I don’t generaly miss people, but sence I have moved to New Jersey USA I have found that I miss people so much more. I think this comes from the face that I have not found my place the way I was able to in France, England, or California. Now I feel like a lost soul. In a way I miss the past life more than the people.
