    @ Hi Annette
It is good seeing you here!

@ Haha well like how do you like to be called? My half Filipino half Normaend friend prefers to be called Anne Marie (pronounced An-neh Mari-eh). 🙂

Well from where I’m studying, they made it possible skipping what you mentioned, but we do take courses on international relations and international law, among others. But I’m going to take up…[Read more]

@ Hey 🙂 Yup, you’re welcome to call me Karen. I’m used to being ‘Karen’ around English speaking people (having a lot of them around me in my everyday life), but it feels too weird to call myself Karen by writing it lol…

Cool that you’ve already been accepted. I know that it’s usually never easy to get an internship at an embassy.…[Read more]

@ Hey Karen! (can I call you Karen?)
Yeah I’m already accepted to have my internship there. Had some connections inside, so it became easy. Hehe

I’m pretty much like your average student, just trying to make it much happening so I wouldn’t lose interest in it. I guess it’s because of my previous lifestyle — nomadic — that I sort become a…[Read more]

@ OK…exciting. Have you already been accepted for the internship at the embassy, so it’s all planned?
What I’m really curious about…? lol… Is that a trick question? I’m curious to hear about what you’re working on and different ways of approaching the field of migration. And I’m curious to get to know you 🙂

    Yup, I’m a Dane and yes,…[Read more]

    @ Hej Annette, 😀

@ Well I’m taking up diplomacy right now and I’m a year away before graduation. Next year I’ll be mostly traveling for research for my thesis, about migration, and also my internship at our country’s embassy. What are you really curious about? Hahaha

You’re from Denmark right? the language’s a bit similar to Norwegian (Bokmal)..

Født i Kolding, indvanderbarn i California. Jeg kom hertil som 5-Ã¥rig, opholdt mig en sommer i Danmark da jeg var 14 (vi kom hjem til min konfirmation) og et Ã¥r som 20-21 Ã¥rig, dels i Kolding og Lemvig. Bl.a. gik jeg pÃ¥ Nr.Nissum Folkehøjskole.

Jeg har en tykisk ven i København som laver dokumentarfilm,…[Read more]

    @ Hi Annette,

    Welcome here 🙂

I just noticed your name…It’s vEry Danish and you look Danish too 🙂 (I’m a Dane). Do you happen to have any Danish relatives?

In Denmark Floystrup would just be spelled like this > Fløystrup ;o)

@ Yea…lol…I’ve also heard that about the weather. And the forces of natur should be pretty rough too. First I wanted to go kayaking up there (could borrow my mom’s dry suit and everything) but I’ve changed my mind… hehe… No need to gamble so much with life lol…
What do you study? And how will you approach this field? 🙂 Curious…
    I’ll…[Read more]

@ Well yeah, I’m pretty lively and joyful. I guess it’s because I’m gay. That means I’m happy. Hahaha!

Well I find it interesting, especially the destination. I have a friend who went there before to attend a global youth camp and he said the weather changes every 10 minutes. You have an interesting field of study, I wish to do the same after I…[Read more]

    @ Hi Ruth,
I just listened to the teleconference and felt that the lady talking about the packing boxes really triggered something in me. I don’t have any issues with packing boxes (I keep what I have to a minimum) but it linked into what you were saying about grief.
I haven’t really acknowledged what I’ve experienced as ‘grief’ before. I moved…[Read more]

Thank you for your comment. I’m glad you liked what you saw 🙂
Yea, I also really enjoy studying this. It’s a pleasure doing it. What do you study, Nathalie? And what are you working on right now?

Haha…we have the love of Disney in common! I especially enjoy the old classical ones :o)

lol… You shouldn’t envy me going to the Faroes considering that I’ll be there most of November! Brrrrrrr……. Naa…I’m really excited I’m going up there. Have never been there before and I know it’s a truely unique place on Earth.
