    @ Hi Gary,
it looks like you are new to this website!

Wow, you are Korean MKs serving as ministry workers?
    That is just sooo awesome.

I am a Korean MK who grew up in Japan. I am helping out with an MK retreat here in the Midwest, inviting Ruth!

@ I loved your blog post. I just found out too and I am so humbled and grateful for all this information. I feel “vindicated” — I’m NOT crazy (well, okay, maybe a little) and there are reasons for our challenges. And there are many, many more reasons to be thankful for our experience, isn’t there? Thank you so much for sharing your story. Maybe…[Read more]

@ You see??? You understood immediately. People here see that and just think I’m weird. Old habits die hard. All day I have been reading this site, and some related blogs and other information and I am so humbled, so profoundly grateful to “meet” you and others. I have always valued my experience, but I did not know how intricately woven it is,…[Read more]

@ Ah, I’m sure you keep the flour in the freezer for the right reasons, pest control. Yes you are normal and like everybody here there is a downside to being a TCK but there are also tremendous advantages and giftings. I am sure if you read some blogs you will find out exactly what I mean. Welcome!

@ I live in Queen Anne which is pretty close to downtown- just a quick bus ride away. I’m going out of town on Thursday so if you make it to Seattle before then I’d love to meet up! I’m going to Louisiana which is where my family lives.

I definitely understand the travel bug you’re talking about! So, you live in Portland? I’ve never been there-…[Read more]

@ I visited Holland 4 times since 2005 but I was made redundant with 5 other people so the visits to Holland on business have stopped. However, all you tend to see on business visits are roads, rail tracks, airports and hotels so I need to see Holland for all its beauty.

@ Hi Yu, I liked Zambia but like many countries in Africa there are a lot of poor people. Never been to South Africa but would like to go sometime. Only been to Kenya by waiting for another connecting flight at Nairobi airport. Like you I would like to visit all 3 countries but not for business, perhaps staying with local people. So much more fun…[Read more]

@ I had a facebook account and stumbled on a site that was a filmmaker’s website — it detailed information about TCK’s. That was awhile ago. (I’ve since closed my facebook for other reasons) Since then, I researched a bit — It was not until recently though, that I came across information about TCK”S, relating to their struggles for…[Read more]
