@ Hoi Maartje, Ik heb ook een groot deel van mijn jeugd in Afrika gewoond! Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, jij hebt een veel langere lijst zie ik! Ik ben er geboren en heb er tot mijn 19de gewoond.

ja ik spreek ook Nederlands. Ik werk als Coach in Mortsel (dat is vlak bij Antwerpen) en ga me specialiseeren op Expatriates. Dus ik wiste tot twee weken geleden ook niet wat TCK’s  zijn, maar ben bij toeval over articel in de krant gevalen, waar het over Obama ging. En zo ben ik begonnen naar meer informatie te zoeken.

@ You lived in Hong Kong?  For how long and when?  Did you go to school there?  Which school?  I partly grew up in Hong Kong, returned after college, raised my two kids here, and still live here today.  It’s a great place for TCKs.

@ Hey! Yes it’s definitely good to see that there are other TCKs living in Vancouver. 🙂 I bet there are more than we think, but… obviously we are just so hard to find and spot, being ‘cultural chameleons’ and whatnot. 😉 Are you here attending university?

@ I do sketches now and then, but mostly, I do acrylic paintings. Although lately, I’ve been getting into ink and watercolor. You can actually see my gallery online (gracekim-art.webs.com).
Where and how long will you be teaching in Japan?
I’m Korean, but I’ve never been to Japan. Seems like most of the traveling my family did, we did outside of Asia.
