@ Hey, girl… would you mind making the site? I tried and it looks lame. I am sure you would do a better job than I, let me know though, ok?

@ Hi Janneke, nice to hear from you 🙂 I moved away from NL when I was 9 years old. I do still speak and understand Dutch but my preferred language is English. I hardly go back unfortunately. I have only just discovered TCK – it is such a wonderful find! Have you been a member for long?Â

@ Hello Ruth!
I just saw your comment on Elizabeth Sharp’s post and wanted to say hello, and welcome. I am sorry to hear about the loss of your parents. My own dad died the first year we lived in China, 2004, so I understand some of the pain. Interestingly, our family thought we were going to be in Chiang Mai before ending up in China and I h…[Read more] -

@ Hey there. 🙂 I saw that you have worked/volunteered with DC Stop Modern Slavery. I am very interested (if that is the right word) in Modern Slavery and all the work that goes on in ending it. I was wondering if you could tell me a bit about “DC Stop Modern Slavery”?Â

@ I just saw that you were living in Vancouver. I just was working in Seattle and so went up for a visit. Question I found a boat home I’d love to get, but the guy wrote back that Canada doesn’t support US citizen’s to get loans and so it seemed like an impossible task to do. @ Oh sweet! Â there’s so much more to visit in the Philippines. Like a lot! It feels like a small country on the outside, but it is big on the inside. I’m trying to accept this country more :)Â That’s cool that your dad has a business in KL. Kuala Lumpur is a wonderful place. I haven’t been there for 10 years, but will visit soon.
