@ Bonjour Genevieve, I lived in Paris and the Midlands, I am just getting started on the TCk thing after years of not realizing I was part of this community. Lucky u get to understand this early in your life, I am a little late to the party. I want to meet other TCKs so I am sending you a note since we live in the same city. P

What’s it like to live in Singapore?  It’s one of the places I really want to settle down, if all works out well. 
Not only we have same name, but it seems like we share the love for Joy Division.

@ I would LOVE to visit Oman and the Emirates, and lately that part of the world has been calling out to me strongly. I’ll definitely look in to it, I’d love to travel there and explore and see if my feet decide they want to plant themselves, for a time anyway. LOL

Our cat is almost 16, and tabby and white. he’s our baby. Unfortunately, he can’t fly back and forth with us to Oman, because Oman isn’t in the pet passport program (the UAE is).
 
I really recommend Oman and the Emirates…I think you would be happy there. Look forward to…[Read more]

@ I love the Muttrah Souk in Muscat – I love wandering the back lanes around the Souk and soaking up the atmosphere!

I am really glad that Oman is promoting Islamic style architecture and avoiding the Dubai debacle. The archeology of the Middle East also fascinates!
